Termination We may terminate your account at any time we feel necessary. You are entitled to a backup of your data. We may terminate your account if you: Host adult content, illegal content, warez, torrent trackers, IRC related content and send out SPAM. This list is not exhaustive and we may terminate at our discresion. 3. Refunds If we terminate your account you are not entitled to a refund. All new accounts have a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee, except monthly packages which have a 14 day guarantee. 4. Server Damage Causing any excess load or damage to our servers or network may result in the terminate or suspension of your account. It is your responsibility to ensure all your sites scripts and content is secure. You will be liable for any damage done via your site. 5. Resellers Resellers are responsible for all the content of their sub-customers. We are unable to assist your customers with support. Support to your customers is your responsibility. |
